A collection of some of our favorites on this summer themed platter!   Served on our medium sized tray and should serve around 10-12 people appetizer portions. 

 On the tray:

• Podda il Classico - Semi-firm sheep and cow's milk, from Italy.
• Red Nose - Semi-firm, nutty, alpine style cheese soaked in red wine, from Switzerland
• Belletoile- Triple cream brie from France
• House made whipped Feta with fresh dill, lemon and olive oil.
• Fresh mozzarella with house made tomato reduction vinaigrette.
• Benton's Country Ham from Tennessee.
• River Bear all beef summer sausage from Colorado.
• House made lemon and lavender shortbread biscuits.
• House made peach, apricot and white wine jam.
• House made apple cider mustard.
• House made dill pickles

Also comes with peppadew peppers, castelvetrano olives, mini croccantini crackers, fennel taralli (breadstick crackers),signature So Damn Gouda nut mix, pimenton cashews,  dried herbed peanuts and lightly fried Valencia almonds, fresh cherries and berries.
