What should I do with the tray when I am done?
The tray is yours to keep! If you do not have a use for it, you can bring it back to our shop at 2432 W. 44th Ave, Denver 80211 or leave it outside on your next delivery. We are an environmentally conscious company and promise to reuse trays, when possible.
What comes with my cheese tray?
Orders typically come with a signature cheese ball, fresh and dried fruit, homemade jam, olives, crostini and nuts. We also add seasonal fruit and flavors when possible but check our menu for the most up-to-date offerings.
How long before guests arrive should I put my cheese platter out?
We recommend you refrigerate your tray until about 30 minutes before you plan to eat, and unwrap when you are ready to eat. This gives the cheese proper time to temper without drying out.
This is so much easier than normal catering, what's the catch?
No catch. We know it can be timely and expensive to source your own ingredients, so we’ve taken the stress out of having high end cheese and cured meats at your fingertips.
Is there a charge for delivery?
If you’ve requested delivery within an 8 mile radius of the Denver metro area, your delivery fee will range from $5-$13 depending on your proximity to our store.
Why are your trays So Damn Gouda?
We’ve taken our favorite cheeses, meats and accompaniments and packaged them for you. We are super picky about quality, working with the finest cheese makers and supporting local businesses. Cheese (and entertaining) are our passion.
What else do you offer, besides cheese trays?
We have extensive catering experience and can help guide you towards the right products, platters and appetizers for your gathering. If you are looking for something custom, email us at catering@sodamngouda.com
How should I store leftovers?
Most hard and semi-hard cheeses will store well for a week or so. We recommend that you tightly wrap each cheese separately in parchment paper or plastic wrap. You want to enjoy the blue cheese and soft cheese within a day or so.
Do I have to pay online or can I pay upon delivery?
Our online payment system is easy and secure. If you are having trouble - or would prefer an invoice - you can email us at info@sodamngouda.com and we can email you an invoice or make other payment arrangements.
