6 oz Fior di Capra – A semi-soft goat’s milk cheese from Sardinia, Italy, offering a delicate tang and creamy finish — a lovely complement to fall fruits.

6 oz Parrano Gouda – A one-year-aged, Italian-style gouda from Holland, with nutty, caramel notes that pair beautifully with spiced chutneys.
