10 oz Mahon: Semi-soft, buttery cow's milk cheese from Spain.
10 oz Parrano Gouda: 1 year aged italian style gouda, pasteurized cow's milk from Holland.
10 oz Aged Goat Gouda: 6 month aged Beemster goat gouda, pasteurized goat's milk from Holland.

Also comes with: House made apple/pear chutney, fig and red wine reduction, choice of 6.5oz spreadable cheese cup, castelvetrano olives, cornichons, dried apricots, dried golden raisins, dried cranberries, grapes, berries, and house-made pickled vegetables.

On the side: House-made crostini, cranberry/hazelnut crackers, and pimentón spiced nut mix (Valencia almonds, cashew, peanut, pecan, pepitas, and quicos).
