The Entertainer Cheese Platter is our most popular option and features our most crowd pleasing cheeses. As with all our platters, we include a variety of flavors and textures and our standard accoutrement. Featuring 4 oz Gouda Beemster (18 month aged semi- hard, cows' milk from Holland), 4 oz Prairie Breeze (semi-hard, cows' milk from Iowa - one year aged cheddar), 4 oz Butterkase (semi-soft, cows' milk from Germany), 4 oz Cana de Cabra (bloomy-rind goat's milk cheese from Spain) All cheeses are pasteurized. Comes with your choice of our signature cheese ball, Valencia almonds, castelvetrano olives, cornichons, grapes, dried apricots, figs, house made crostini, cranberry/hazelnut crackers, and house-made jam. Please note: we deliver within a one hour window of time selected, unless otherwise noted.
