Our Chardonnay was fermented in both barrel and stainless steel and aged sur lie giving the wine a beautiful creamy texture. The wine was aged for twelve months in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels. A pitch perfect blend of creamy vanilla and poached apricot flavors with a rich, silky palate. This full-bodied wine is sleek and mouth-coating, finishing with rounded tannins and nuances from French oak aging.
